Not a great night's sleep but certainly better than the previous night, so for that I am grateful!

WW today - my scales say I have put on a lb, which is a shame because I have been very good this week. never mind, perhaps it will show itself in a super loss next week instead. I've lost more than expected overall so far so I am not too upset. We shall see what the damage on the "official" scales is at lunchtime.

M/B to do tonight, which may or may not impact on skiing - plus I am tired, so perhaps an early night would be better once my bets are on. We'll see....

Scratches and banking first, of course! I hope you have a good day xx

    Good morning Hypno & friends,

Pleased to hear your sleep was slightly better.

Hope WW goes better than you're expecting Hypno. On the skiing, it's good exercise, and it's nice to meet people outside of work too, so hope you manage to go.

Just tried to do scratchies, St Min was down again, but on V, managed a £1 & a 50p, the best day for ages even without St Min.

Stuck to the diet yesterday & did the stomach exercises, but need to try to do more to burn some calories or at least tone the 'blubber'.

Have a good day everyone :)

St min is back up again - and they gave me another £5 - two in a week :j So I have withdrawn £10 from there with thanks!

Banking shows £15 M/shop money in, plus £56 M/B profit so both amounts have been transferred to the debt/savings pot.

Now for a quick dive into the shower otherwise I will miss my bus, which would not be a good start to the working day!

I like to be busy, you know me :) Not blowing my own trumpet but I am rather good at DIY, have my dad to thank for that

Right, that's sorted then - I have booked you in.....bed, breakfast, evening meal, and some polyfilla :D

Bring your trainers and you can drag me around the block at the same time for the full "holiday" experience :rotfl:

I seem to have been attracting nothing but 10ps for ages now, so was very surprised to have got one £5.....yet alone two! Back to 10ps for me now, I guess, though!

Am doing my figures for the month - hmmmm........:rotfl:

No chance of holiday this week, KC - end of the tax year is not yet upon us, so my holiday begins on Good Friday with the bank holiday weekend, then I have the rest of next week as annual leave. Can't wait :D
