    hi hypno - love the first post - I will definitely nick your "just for today" idea....

    I think you are a very brave, courageous and determined woman who is doing extremely well even when adversity wants to stalk her - I think you manage to shake it off, and rise above it and keep going when others would crumble and fall. I know you feel you have no choice to do that and you are doing what anyone would do - but I think you should give yourself more credit. You have taken on an incredible challenge and you are still getting through.. Well done you!
