    Love the opening post Hypno. Moving forward rather than moving on is a nice sentiment. :A I think by the end of this diary the landscape will look very different indeed. It's going to be a good year x

    A great opening post.

    Whether it is real or acting you are consistently a hard working pragmatist who intuitively chooses to enable the most important things in life...doing things with and for your children.....maintaining longstanding friendships and being open to new ones.

    I wish you all the luck that you deserve. That is a challenging monthly mortgage number but if there is anyone on MSE destined to knock it into shape, it is you.

    Lovely first post - the dilemma between being being and acting, you resolve it better than most, but we certainly all face it at one time or another.

    And I just *love* justfor today ....

    I can understand you wanting to get that mortgage payment down pronto, Hypno, thats enormous.
