Whether it is real or acting you are consistently a hard working pragmatist who intuitively chooses to enable the most important things in life...doing things with and for your children.....maintaining longstanding friendships and being open to new ones.
I wish you all the luck that you deserve. That is a challenging monthly mortgage number but if there is anyone on MSE destined to knock it into shape, it is you.
