I think it was supposed to be the 5 a day fruit and veg, and the cooked pasta etc.. I think we'd all love it as a diet if it wasn't :rotfl:

Just had some yummy Onken yoghurt.
    Very scrummy.
    Most likely full of calories.
    Eaten it now though!

I'd heard it was the same for fruit and veg, but the way I heard it was the size of the helping is the size of the closed fist/fingers, not how much you canhold.

    Bonus!

Anyone watching Meet the chancellors on Ch**nel 4...

    My notes on it:
    • I hate being given an English Lesson in how to say the same sentence three times
    • I agree with Osbourne saying the private sector recovery is necessary
    • Vince Cable is coming across the best, but I can't help but think that the most knowledgeable person there (him) makes him the most dangerous and I would hate to think of him as Chancellor, frightenly efficient against public sector reforms!
    • 'no-one predicted the banking crisis' speeches! The whole public did! :rotfl:
So I'm voting Lib Dem on the back of this...

Evening - just caught up from the weekend. Everyone is now home, DD is quite poorly - temperature, awful cough and swollen glands AND hasn't got up today. DS had a good time playing soldiers for the weekend and DH and I had a nice walk round the formal gardens at Hylands House yesterday then sat in the sun watching the ducks and talking ................... makes us sound about 100 !!!

three more days till we break up for the Easter Holiday, although it will be pretty hectic!!!

Have a good rest of the evening!

oh I certainly don't underestimate it - its so rare to have the time to actually sit and just chat ............. one of us is usually rushing to this, that and something else........... so it was a very pleasant afternoon.

Apparently one of her flat mates has the same thing - (did think it could be glandular fever but I'm pretty sure its not at the moment - have to wait and see on that one!)
