In that case, I'm going to make one ;) What parameters shall we put in? There are already quiet a few fat-busting threads: how can we make one that won't reproduce what already exists elsewhere?

Well I'm sure someone else will give us their honest opinion tomorrow. ;) I guess we could always try the 'just don't eat' option, which is both weight-loss friendly and :money:! ;)

    Good morning,

If it's the same DVD, 30 day shred is on Amazon at £5.99. I did look, but I've got some of the 10 minute solutions ones, so I should use them first, it's a pity it doesn't work by just buying the exercise DVDs :o

The exercise elements on this thread, do help me restart the exercises when I've got out of the routine again. Thanks Hypno.

I got up this morning intending to do the shred, and get it out of the way. But I am so so tired, that it just wasn't going to happen. I will have to do it this evening instead - mustn't give up at this stage, because I think it really is going to give good results. I am already feeling muscle in my thighs underneath the layers of wobble!!

Hi Hypno - you fitted a lot in yesterday, I'm not surprised you're shattered today, but its all *good* things, as opposed to when you tired yourself out doing mystery shops and surveys and whatnot - exercise you've chosen to do, a party and a football match - even when those make you tired, they feed the soul - tho not the result of the football, of course  I saw the first half, but because I was at that concert, the sound was switched off, so I didn't realise it was a kosher goal by Gerrard till I got home :(

Hope today goes well for you.
