P, it was indeed a lovely evening and I hope to see you soon too. By then, my thighs might have stopped aching from all those bloomin lunges!! I have arranged to go for another run this morning. At this point, I am not sure if I could even walk around the block, yet alone put any sort of energy into it! And then after the bbq this evening I will have to do Shred day 4. H.E.L.P!

So, it is not all about exercise today, because after my run, I will shower and change into my borrowed dress, and will head to the office bash, which is at the boss's house, which of course I always enjoy going to anyway. The football will be on as well, so I guess that it will be 6ish before I get home, which is not too late to do Shred, and wind down for the evening before getting sorted for another week at work. The weather is set to be nice, so we should all have a good day.

I hope you all have a good day today, and that the sun is shining for you.

The bbq bit sounds fun, not too sure about all this exercise though.

lol P - it isn't getting any easier - my side lunges today were rather pathetic I have to admit.

macgirl, my run today will be run/walk with the woman from the village who is just starting out - so it won't (hopefully) take it out of me as much as it would if I were going on my own or with P. It will still be an hour of exercise though, so very beneficial to me.

I think you will enjoy the airshow if you go, P - tis a beautiful day for it!
