I have looked on the Gant website for the clothes that I wore, and might have to save my pennies because they would def fit in with my capsule wardrobe!

Is it worth asking the company what price they would charge as they are used/second hand now? They must clear out/rotate the clothes they use and get rid of them somehow.

Right, 5 miles done - and I was really proud of running-buddy. It was really really hot, and she chose a (knowingly) hilly route, so it was hard work. She did 3.7 miles on Weds night, and 5 today so that is a really good improvement. We did walk some of it, but certainly not much considering the heat etc, and her confidence is increasing so it is all good!

Am going to have something to drink, eat and then get myself in that shower.

Sadly, se, I have to send the stuff back. But I will enjoy wearing it today :)

i would recommend it, but with a health warning! It is short but intense, with no opportunity for a breather in the 20 mins you do.

That said, I am finding it easier to fit in 20 mins than most of my other workouts which are an hour, so am more likely to keep going with this one.

Just be prepared for the burn! But it should produce results. Now that I have lost the weight, I really want to tone up those flabby areas like my bingo-wings, and this really should do the job!
