    Our local cancer centre does a "look good, feel better" thing.....might be worth asking if there is anything similar near you?

    Day 3 of shred done......and its not yet getting any easier!

    Dinner now - then collapse for the rest of the evening and an early night. P kept me talking until the wee small hours last night - you just can't shut that girl up once she gets started :rotfl:

    thanks hon for a lovely night last night. it was so good to see you and it was just like old times. exorcised some demons too so i feel much more serene at the moment.

    really glad that you had a good day today, that lady was scarey so i'm glad i legged it!:rotfl: cant wait to see the piccys though

    people, I was subjected to the shred last night but believe me it was freakin hard!! and that was just level one!! have just ordered it on tesco for the princely sum of £1 after a £5 voucher is used!! hypno welldone for doing it. kinda wish i had my copy here, feeling all energetic but i have to say... god my boobs hurt!!!:rotfl:
