Not been on much but just thought I'd check in and see how you were all doing. I'm SOOOOO impressed with your weight loss Hypno:T:T:T. Fabulous!!!! I've managed 11lbs - slow but I am feeling a difference. Tonight is the night I get my suitcase of clothes out of the loft that were too small for me - I'm hoping it will be like buying a whole new wardrobe of stuff!:rotfl:

I've been for a run with my running buddy, I did 40 mins with her, and a bit extra on my own, so am happy with that - it was really tough going because of the heat, so I am sure we worked twice as hard as on a normal day!
