sleeping is still a bit erratic.....I think it is settling down a little in that when I wake up at 2am, I am not awake for so long before I finally manage to get back to sleep. But I have started waking up earlier too - 4am this morning, which wasn't really that welcome! I still find I am "thinking" too much in the night, but that will ease as time goes on, I am sure.

Did you know it's pronounced Mill guy? Absolutely no idea why they can't give you a clue in the spelling...:rotfl::rotfl:

Good luck to all of you planning to do the WHW.

I did :) It was mostly distance managing that I did, but there was some dreadful politics going on behind the scenes, which meant I was up there for a full week at one stage, negotiating the money. I was a real whizz kid!

You know what ... I'm in for the whw! Its 2011, right? As El said, time to get fit, something to look forward to. The time will pass anyway, why not make it pass with something good?

Yep, 4am is definitely not welcome. I'm not getting enough sleep, but its way better than that :o I fall asleep really quickly as well - I've got a chakra CD ready to play at the bedside, and I only hear about 3minutes, then I'm gone. At least I'm not tossing and turning at the *beginning* of the night.

I'm not having any difficulty falling asleep, generally - it is after a couple of hours that things start to go a bit haywire!

We have loads of fab walks in our area - most of which I have not done :o So an ideal opportunity to get exploring armed with a packed lunch, over the summer and have some free exercise!

We did part of the Hadrian's Wall walk a couple of years ago, didn't manage to finish it due to a couple of days torrential downpours. Might try to schedule in finishing that in for September as a warm up :)

Exercise plan for today is stomach exercises and a 30 minute 'power' walk this evening with OH. It's uphill all the wayout, but fortunately downhill all the way back :)
