Finally got my exam over and despite the overtime I have managed to catch up. Well done Hypno on the windows etc and to echo everyone else you are doing amazingly well.

Belated happy sweet 16 to dd. Glad you had good time last night. Hope you all enjoy tonight.

Really must get my butt in gear now as I'm off to a wedding in a gorgeous country house and if I don't stop drinking coffee in an attempt to wake up I shall be going in my nightie and that is not a pretty sight.

Enjoy the wedding! Sounds a lovely way to spend a day!

I have done an hour at the fastest walking pace I could muster, on an incline of 9 on the treadmill.......and used 185 whole calories.

Which goes a very small way towards the 3,764,368 calories I ate yesterday :o:rotfl:

I don't do spreadsheets, so no good at formula, but generally to take 20% off you just do x 0.8

I could quite easily chomp on a cooked brekkie - but instead have had porridge, and chicken.....

am just having a coffee, then back to the treadmill for an hour at 3pm - I am determined to get back in control!!

Another hour on the treadmill done.....and the excess of calories consumed over calories expelled carried over from yesterday has slightly reduced as a result.

My legs are feeling it somewhat now though! I have ordered the 30 day shred dvd from Tesco too - goodness only knows how the thighs are going to manage THAT when it arrives :rotfl:

Hardcore exercise - so hard that it is only 20 mins long

3 levels - 1) Intense, 2) bloody hell I can hardly walk, and 3) if I don't lose weight now then there is no hope.

Worth a try for £6.47 :rotfl:

Good luck with that Hypno;) .

Since breaking my ankle last week my current mobility is covering all the 3 levels mentioned above:rotfl:

Enjoy the rest of the weekend

Hmm, broken ankles generally aren't conducive to high impact exercise! Hope it is getting better x

My next exercise is to walk into the kitchen - bending and stretching all muscles groups as I reach into the cupboard for the coffee, and bend down into the dishwasher for a clean Mug.....

My local leisure centre has just got power plates. I had a go yesterday and laughed my head off!! Wasn't sure if it did anything until I got on it again today and oooo awwww I could feel what I'd done yesterday. They claim you can lose a dress size in 3 weeks and are doing a deal that works out at a pound a go. Might give it a go on top of normal exercise in the vain hope that something shifts!!
