Morning Hypno, Happy cleaning. I got most of mine done last night so the flat is all spick and span for the start of a new working week! Working today which is a shame as our weather is still lovely. Sure it wont last though X

The weather here is miserable, so I don't feel as though I am missing out by getting on with the housework, and it is always easier if the children aren't here to get on with it!

Hi Hypno! What a nice evening you had yesterday - a meal out, and then just relaxing on your tod.... and a new avi - its what you do, isn't it, juggling glass over sharks  successfully, mind :j my own little (well actually, quite big) shark will be coming up with the budget on Tuesday - if stamp duty exemption is stopped for first time buyers then my chain of house buying/selling is threatened. We'll see. Thats the last time I'm going to think about it today - weeds to dig up, stuff to chuck away :j

Hope you have a good one.

Hope you enjoyed the run - my day will be pretty much like yours.

Thankfully, the running's done. I was pounding the pavements at 6.30am - my preferred time when most peeps are in bed and can't see me wobbling about :D

Have a good day all :)

5 miles done - nice and steady, 55 mins, no stopping, in very blustery conditions. It is the furthest I have been since the marathon last year, so I am more than pleased with that. Losing a couple of stones has def made a difference!

So.....coffee next, then in the shower, and get on with the tasks of the day.

Well done! :T I agree, the weight is a significant factor in acheiving running success. Even a few lbs makes all the difference.

Hopefully we can keep it up now :)

I do hope so - it is very beneficial on a stress reduction basis for me too - so I really do need to do it more often.

Its just making that first move out of the door that I have most difficulty with :o

The weight has def made a difference - for a start, I could fit into my running gear :rotfl:
