So far the envelopes are lasting well - I am a whole 5 days into the exercise :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Surfbabe, what a great day! And Hypno, things are sounding good still... I nearly wrote "Homer" - a cross between Hypno and Cromer, oops:rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Wedding was lovely beautiful place too. 16th century ex-stately home which has been brought up to date in a way which blends in beautifully with the place. If someone had described it to me I would have thought it must be awful but it really worked. Bride looked beautiful and so did the attendents. Good time had by all.
Love the new avi. I know how it feels too. Think I need to find another job in the circus if health and sanity are to survive.
Have a good week everyone.0 -

Not been around for a few weeks - sounds like you have been on a roller coaster of emotions since then.
Belated birthday wishes to dd - a good time had by all me thinks.
Well done on the weight - since I came back from hols last week - I have re-joined ww online - it was starting to work well for me about 5 years ago then I was really ill and lost the weight (and more besides) - not the ideal way to lose weight - but I had no need to continue with ww. I vowed I'd never let myself get that heavy again but am now heavier by a pound than I was then and am horrified with myself for letting things slip so badly. SO have taken the bull by the horns - re-joined ww on line and bought the point scales so have no excuse. I am getting dh to do it without his realising too LOL - any idea how many points a man of 12 1/2 stone can have - can't find it anywhere - suppose they want him to join too - and pay a subscription. I 'only' have 25 pounds to lose but feel very uncomfortable so have to do it - I've signed up for 3 months and have no intention for paying for more than that so WILL make it work in that time scale. Will weigh in tomorrow but so far so good I hope.
Windows and garden sound a real boost for you Hypno.
Be kind to yourself - you needed those treats - enjoy them as you regain control on the spending. Glad to hear there is an envelope for 'spends'. You are getting there
Take care

Glad you had a productive day.x

Monday morning - it comes around with alarming regularity!!
I ache a bit after yesterday's run, which is not surprising....need more practice!
I've made my lunch to take in, so that I am more likely to stay within both budget and points, and will try and have a NSD today to make those last few pennies last.
Off now to bank and scratch - have a good day/week everyone x
milann - if you have signed up online, for WW, you can go into "my profile" or something, and play around with the points calculator. Put OH details in, find out his points, then re-enter your own again. Good luck with it :TSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. So.....10ps only on the scratches as usual, and nothing unexpected going in or out of the bank accounts.....payday on Wednesday so holding on until then, when I look forward to number crunching for the next month.
I have £1.70 in the groceries envelope, and £2.85 in "spends", with no bus ticket needed until Thursday and a meal plan based on what we already have in the house for the next couple of weeks. Tonight is pasta carbonara.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes.
