I've just had some yummy jaffa cakes by Belsken from sainsbo's. They are exactly like the M&S ones (don't worry MSE'ers, I don't buy them, my Mum does). Very easy to eat, my friend and I polished off the whole packet with just one brew!!!

So......another half hour on the treadmill done - it is much harder work than being outside on the roads, but hopefully it will pay off in due course. I must try and get outside and start upping my milage a little bit again if I am to have any chance of another marathon!
