You had the same for tea as me Hypno and guess what?...The WW magazine has a 3 page spread of how to make a perfect rissotto...so that's that sorted.
I have not stuck to my points the last couple of days but need to get back on the wagon.

I'm a big comfort eater, so I would have stuffed myself silly if I was having a bad week. It is just a case of taking each day as you come, and see how you feel - don't worry, though, if you end up eating more one day, and less another.....things will settle down,Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Hey ladies VERY excited to tell you that I have just made my first risotto with some help from you all (and a bit from jamie!) and it was lush. Really tried lots of new things lately as I love to cook but am on a tight food budget so that I can have a big fun budget so that was fabby and can be added to my list!'The road to a friends house is never long'0
