Taxi I could not let this pass without commenting.

You are as far away from useless as anyone I can think of:A

You are attacking your debt at a mega rate, doing a difficult job, given up smoking, tackling your weight and you are having a real worrying time at the moment

So please do not let words like useless pass your lips or fingers again it is so not true:naughty:

    Just a quick one!
Decluttered 40 litres of assorted stuff at the bar boot; sorry, all the boxes I took had litre measurements rather than width by depth by height... sounds really impressive as litres though:)

Today, it should be cloudy and we've had sunshine all day so far... go figure!

OK, off to have a quick blitz of the rest of the kitchen and wash the freezer drawers while I have space to leave them to dry. Oh, the excitement. (roll eyes smiley goes HERE)

    Hi Hypno,

Been busy, been viewing houses :D Going to make an offer on one tomorrow I think. Unfortunately it's going to be a very low offer, as it needs so much work doing, so going to keep everything crossed.

Another risotto fan here. If you don't have nice stock to use I use Kallo organic vege stock cubes, they aren't cheap, but they are nice :D

For naughty risottos using the rich stock/jelly after boiling chicken bones, or adding white wine (if you've any bits left, you can freeze in ice cubes or a plastic bag within a container and remove from the container, to use later, handy for the not so nice wines that you sometimes get).

Hypno - on the windows front, we've moved into houses and put off jobs like that until just before we sell, now we try to do them more upfront so that we get the benefit as well as the new buyers. You'll definitely get some savings at least on the fuel bills. One thing we did was try to group them on one face of the house, so that they were consistent when you looked at the house if you know what I mean :o

Anyway, a good weekend so far, as we've used so many holidays just househunting was determined to use some as holiday, so finished the day yesterday driving to Weymouth, and despite the freezing cold we walked on the sea front and sat and shared fish & chips (the portions are enormous), managed to get a sea view room it was idyllic just watching the waves didn't switch on the tv last night :) Then this morning woke upto the sound of the waves and a super breakfast after another eye watering walk in the cold. Reminder to self - NEED TO VISIT THE SEA MORE OFTEN :)

Mudbath - 4lbs is brilliant :) Well done

Taxi - Is it worth asking how they deal with cancellations. I had a scare with OH, and fortunately with OH they had on online system, so I used to check online all the time for cancellations, and managed to bring the appointment forward by more than a week. Fortunately it was the positive result and nothing to worry about in his case.

Se, good luck with the house.
