Well I did sleep reasonably well - but I have woken up very tired......I could do with a cup of rocket fuel to get me started, but I have my trusty decaf to hand instead.......

Off to bank, scratch, and to generally try and wake up! Hope you all have a good day.....I wonder if we will have a Government formed by the end of it????

Morning - glad you slept reasonably well, hope you get a good nights sleep tonight as well.

Think they should just have a re-election IMO.

can i ask why we should have a re-election ? the way i see it the people of the uk voted and the politicians should deal with it ... we didnt get to have a general election when the majority of the country didnt want to go to war before even though the people wanted it ... but because the result means that the politicians actually have to get things sorted and work they want to run away hide and put their heads in the ground ... we've voted now go do the job we voted you to do ... but i spose i am one of the few lol

happy anniversary hope the meal is lovely and the desert even more so wink wink

Happy Anniversary Surfbabe, I hope you have a fantastic day!

El, I have been drinking decaf almost exclusively now for a few weeks in an effort to help rebalance - I wasn't sleeping much at all, so then needed loads of caffeine just to get me through my working day - I was literally drinking a dozen cups of strong coffee a day - which then didn't help my sleep pattern the next night. So in an attempt to break the cycle, I have very little caffeine now, and although sleep is not perfect, it is better, and although the mornings are a little bleurgh, it soon wears off once I am at work......and the dark circles under my eyes are diminishing too, so I have to stick with it!

That said, I did go to Cafe Nero on the way in.........:o

Pippa - re eeny meeny miny mo - in the local council elections in Gt Yarmouth this week, there was a dead heat. After 3 recounts it was still a dead heat. So they had to decide either by picking straws, tossing a coin, or cutting a pack of cards. They opted for cutting a pack of cards. Can you imagine how gutting it must be to lose your seat based on the flip of a coin, or whether you picked a 9 or a picture card!!

The sun was shining first thing - now we have heavy rain......story of my life :o

Oh my, I was only joking too! Thats crazy, you lose your job and lively hood by gambling

Lets hope they sort it today, I could do with hearing about something else on the news and you could probably do with a few days of stability ;)
