Makes total sense hypno .... Have to admit I don't drink coffee after 1 pm for the same reason ...( I'm sure you aware ) just remember not too much decaff either though it's a carcinogenic .... If only life was easy and we didn't have to think of every little thing ....

I find that I don't drink as much coffee now, el, because I don't *need* the next cup to see me through the next hour, if that makes sense! So I probably have half the number of cups in the course of the day now, which is definitely a step in the right direction.

Stability - well, I could do with some in my personal life, but that is an ongoing project! As far as the markets are concerned, we don't want them to be too stable otherwise there are no buying or selling opportunities! It all makes for an interesting working day, and we could never pretend that we get bored at work!

Hypno, I'm on very weak decaf green tea at the moment. It took a bit of getting used to, but now I actually like it. So might be something to try.

    Happy anniversary Surfbabe.

That was my initial reaction too, but got used to it in the end. I can't stand the ones with extra things added though.

Capsule wardrobe shopping is hard work!!!! Gradually getting it sorted, but finding things that are just right/special isn't easy. Been to one TKMaxx, 2 discount shopping villages and a local town, and still not filled many of the gaps. I think I need a trip to a major city with big department stores.

Also when we're out of renting I'm going to get back into dressmaking, that way I can get exactly what I want. Or make replacement for items I really like as they wear out.

Hypno, you said about buying shoes before reaching your target, I've actually gone down half a shoe size, and having to send lots to the charity shop.
