Taxi - continued positive healthy vibes to you and well done on not giving in to the cigarrette!

I had my second weigh in today at ww and managed 4lbs - feel slightly deflated about it for some reason. Probably because I have to start all over again and lose some more, lol. I was very good and didn't by chocolate on the way home!

    Hope you're all well! xx

And to those losing weight congratulations. I don't think I could bear to do the whole WW's thing again, although I definitely need to.

That's good taxi - at least you don't have long to wait to be seen.

What a yukky day today - both weatherwise, and in the market - absolute carnage! Ah well, never a dull day in my job lol.

The children are with their Dad tonight so I do, at least, have an evening to veg without having to think about anyone else :o

Hope you have all had a good day - mudders, if you have lost 4lbs, that is faberooni :T I am within points today, but I have been hungry......risotto for dinner, though which should fill me up :)

OOh Hypno, did you see Jamie doing risotto the other night? I nearly fainted with excitement. I've never done it but have looked up loads of recipes and bookmarked some sites so will give it a go tomorrow for me in prep for doing it for a friend in the week. It's the whole stock/rice ratio that I'm not sure about but I have a Jamie book and can check his website. Spent £2.50 of Nectar vouchers today on risotto rice, stock cubes and some choc!! Dad 'gave' me them as they've been doing up the house and don't have a Sainsburys nearby.

Wildly excited as have got choc in, cider in, a Lush bath bomb is good to go and I got a Glamour mag for a £ today...so that's my night in sorted! Working all weekend then off for a week from Wed. yippee!!!
