Love your new weightloss signature Hypno, you're doing brilliantly.
Felt really blobby this morning, but decided to do a weigh in anyway to see what the damage was. Got a major shock, 139.4 lbs, 9 stone 13.4 lbs, I'm below the 10 stone barrier for the first time in years
8.4 lbs to go. I lost 1.2 lbs. So got to try to stick to it, and also get into a sustainable eating plan to keep the weight off.
Everyone have a really good day, especially all the dieters

Taxi, when I have found these things, the surgery have always fitted me in immediately. If not, the walk in centre should help, but try the gp first.

have seen the Dr..had to settle for a male one as no females in today but needs must.
He has referred me to the breast cancer clinic to be safe and thinks it's a something lymph nodule(he said the name but I can't remember it)....
So stupid me came home and read up on lymphatic nodules and scared myself to death..lol...(I was only trying to find the word he said and what it meant)....
He said I should hear within the next two weeks from the clinic...it's hard not to worry though.
