But the fact is, I still need the window to be measured for a replacement! That doesn't make me a mother who regularly does the washing!! What do you guys take me for!

Hmmm, methinks you have gotten me confused with someone else. I suggest you go back and read the last three and a half years of housework nightmares in my diaries ;)

If you didn't care, there would be no 'shame factor': you just wouldn't give a toss what anyone thought.

Yikes - where is everyone . 7.30 & I'm 1st here. Tut tut.

Have a good day Hypno, hope you're not laid up with swamp fever or similar from DS's room

Yet again you have shamed me into doing stuff as I am sat here moaning and whinging and thinking of what I need to do but can't be bothered. Have run and push a load of washing on, now to fit the bike car racks so we can go out later and then the dogs need walking - oh and I need to find a very small bit of money to pay my debts!
    1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j
    2nd debt - MBNA - £6,618.52

First lump sum to go - fingers crossed!

I'm here - was awake between 2 and 5 which was not great, so was very thankful that I didn't have to get up for work at 6 so I could catch up a little. Feel very heavy headed now, so hopefully that will wear off because I have the most humungous list of jobs to do today.

The sun is shining but the wind is very cold.....but at least while I am inside, it feels springlike, even if the reality outside is a little more wintry!

As I mentioned above, my "to do" list is rather large. I will give myself until 9.30 on here/drinking coffee/doing scratches etc then I will get myself moving otherwise there is no hope of me achieving what I want to - and as I need to get the carpets cleaned downstairs, I cannot afford to linger too long!

I hope you all have a good day - I will, of course, be on here in my frequent coffee breaks so I can keep up with all the far more exciting stuff that you guys are getting up to!

    Afternoon ;)

Bad news about the sleep - wonder why that was - have you gone back to caff coff?
It is cold outside, I've just put the heating on . Best to stay indoors and keep warm by cleaning. Hope you get everything done today.

    Happy Bank Holiday everyone :)

No, still on the decaff......just the usual brain-won't-switch-off stuff........everything from my frequent "divorce & separation emotional/practical crap/anger/blahness" to realising I had forgotten to send a birthday card a couple of weeks ago etc.

Just one of "those" nights.....I did wonder about getting up at 3.30 as I couldn't get back to sleep, but I feared I may just end up being too tired to tackle "the list" today so I stayed in bed trying to get back to sleep, which finally I did.
