Hi,
Back online again. Only major hiccup getting back was the car didn't start at Purple Parking. But they are brilliant there if cars don't start, within a few minutes they brought one of those fast chargers and got it started.
Yesterday was shopping at Tesco's, Sainsbury's and getting stuff out of store. Resisted a free taste of Lindt Milk chocolate in Sainsbury's
Got to carry on unpacking today.

Morning all, Hypno a few weeks ago you were talking about Weight Watchers portion sizes. Can you remember what pasta portions were? What about your cous cous? Need to cut my portion sizes down!!! Thanks X'The road to a friends house is never long'0

When I get home, I will get my book and list the portion sizes for rice, pasta and couscous.

I dunno, first you get the nation debt busting and now you're single handedly getting us to fight the flab. It's certainly having an affect on me! I wouldn't say I'd lost weight but i'm being a lot more careful about portion size.
