Good morning all!
Gosh Hypno, I didn't even realise it was May 1st today! Where has this year gone - it only seems like 2 minutes ago that you posted your new diary on NYE!
Happy 1st of the month - hope it's another good one for you. Have a good day, sounds like you have fun with the other Mum's too, which is always good.0 -
Yes, the ski club is a very social place too - just as well really, since we spend so long in each other's company and have done so for the last 8 or 9 years!!
I really would be billy-no-mates (in real life, not on here!) if the ski club lot were all stuck up and unfriendly!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Morning - off to work in a minute. Have a good day at the ski club - was going to car boot tomorrow but weather doesn't look too good so not sure what to do!0

hmm....a car boot in the rain.....or staying in the dry....what to do, what to do. I would have to think looong and hard about that dilemma surfbabe :rotfl:
Right, must get on. Will take netbook to the club so might catch up with you guys later in the day.
Have a good one!

Hmmmmm, maybe a boot sale would be a good idea this Sunday...DH off so we could handle it between us with the kids....
Morning Hypno!
Not much planned for me this weekend-have a wedding on Sunday night to go to and thinking of taking the kids-they are all very welcome and would save us having to ask the in-laws and being indebted to them, lolEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Morning all! Glad you've got something enjoyable *and* mse, Hypno - and a sweet potato curry sounds lovely.
Bunny - hope you're doing okay.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Hi Karmacat,
I am ok thank you, still sad about friend passing away but we havent been close for many many years, its more the sadness of a loss of such a young life.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Morning all. Hope the ski club goes well Hypno.
I love living in London and would find it hard to live anywhere else although I love walking and gradening.
I've invited friends for Sunday pm and we're going to other friends this evening. Plan to squeeze in some gardening weather permitting. Must get runner trench dug and the runners planted out. DH will do the usual amazing construction with 8ft bamboo poles for them to climb up. Want to get some annuals sown in pots inside for planting out later too. Once pots of runners are free will pot on artichoke seedlings..........and so on.CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420
