Hope you have a great Sunday:)
Im putting up my fence around my yard today, still only spent £6.99 on the entire project. There are soooooo many skips full of garden things at the mo. Dont people understand that if you paint wood it looks like new??? Going out in the car anywhere I am finding it very distracting and Im getting a great right arm bicep from lifting all the wood lol:TI can choose happiness whenever I wish no matter what my circumstances

I went a little further today - if I am ever going to run the distance of 26 miles again, I need to do slightly more than 3 miles each time.....so I did 4 miles today. Steady and non stop, so am happy with that. No trouble from the neck, so that is a very good sign.
The music gets me every time as well, mac......I've got 8 mins to grab a shower before it starts.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

KC thanks for the info on frozen veg. I might try the frozen spinach as it would work well for eggs florentine I think, especially when I'm cooking for 1 or 2 only, as for that I normally use tinned spinach, and there's too much in the can for just 1 or 2. Might be OK for indian recipes too.0

I can vouch for the frozen spinach too - I add it to a lot of pasta dishes.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

It's nice with bacon offcuts and mushrooms as a sort of carbonara-type thing.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
