SS - that is the sort of thing that I have fallen down with in the past, not counting everything because "drinks don't count" etc. This time I am being a lot more strict, and it does show!

I have been good with my points and have been under every day so far since I was last weighed. I've still got 9.5 left for today, and I managed a bacon buttie for breakfast, and a turkish delight as a treat this afternoon amongst that - not bad for a starting level of 19 points!

So, hopefully I can keep it going for the next few days at least! Weigh in is not until Weds, and a lot can go wrong before then where my eating habits are concerned!

Have been to Morrisons and spent too much.....still, that should do us for the month. There really is nothing left for extras now

Evening - had a very productive day but feels shattered now. Have sorted a huge box of papers and photos (doesn't include the box I spoke about yesterday) and found so much stuff. My mum still had all her wedding cards and acceptances to the wedding. There was letters to my grandparents in 1938 when their 3rd daughter died two hours after being born, letters from my great grandfather to my mother as well as all the congratulations on the birth of all three of her children........ and thats just the tip of the iceberg!!

Treated my self to a very small pack of chocolate buttons - I've lost 6lbs this week so thought I deserved a treat !

Going to be a tight month here as well as I had to pay for the HIP on mums bungalow which I won't get back for a while - oh well we will manage.

Am off to soak in the bath shortly - with a glass of wine

I seem to spend my life catching up on here could everyone pleease type s-l-o-w-l-y to give a girl a chance I end up missing a day or so then haven't time to read it all and I CAN'T miss any cos it might be of vital importance - then it carries on with everyone writing very fast and it takes me ages :eek: But I have caught up again

Hypno - the fall sounded awful glad you are fighting fit again. The recent spends on clothes and hair will do you a power of good :A You need a treat every now and then and I am pleased to see you are keeping to your pledge to be good to yourself!:j

DD has taken a pic of the hair (not salon perfect because I have been for a run and washed it since, but it will give you an idea of the difference between last week's hair and this week's hair)....I am just waiting for her to email it to me so I can upload it to fb.
