Oh yes, I am sure it is very WW friendly!
Surfbabe - you are busy today - I went for my run but am now stuck on the sofa until the marathon finishes at 2!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Morning - you can add me on FB as well if you want!
Had reasonable nights sleep despite DH having a vivid dream about being attacked and so thrashing about trying to get his attacker off - just missed me by about a 1cm!.
Am going to the gym ................... I maybe a while !!!! actually have to find my trainers as well of course.
Not so sunny here today but still have a good one everyone
Thanks Surfbabe! Um, just had a look - you don't live in California, do you .... or Toronto. Can you pm me your name on there?I find it very confusing, I have to say.

I love that! :T I had my usual mix of oats, cornflakes, soya milk and sugar. I'm trying to use food up - I only have 1.5 litres of soymilk left, and **loads** of soybeans, so what I'm going to do is cook some soybeans in the slow cooker and chuck a few in the mix each day, and just use water as the liquid, not soymilk. I'm really aware of wanting to store or move as little as possible when I sell this house. And as we say, every little helps!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Right - 3 bags of paper recycling, one bag of paper shredded and ully dumped in the chicken coop - only another big box, medium box and a briefcase to sort out ..................... now what shall I have for lunch!!
Have succumbed and have the marathon on !!0 -
I've not moved far from the sofa so far, except for coffee and to make a salad for lunch.
When the marathon is finished on the tv, I am off to the supermarket. I have made my list so hope to stay within my meagre budget
Onamission - it is a long journey, this debt free lark.....keep going and you will get there xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Can't wait to see your hair Hypno!
Wish I could have watched marathon-who won for the ladies?Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
I know what you mean, onamission .... a couple of months ago, I was about to buy some descaler (not as glamourous as good face cream, but still) - and then checked underneath the sink just to be on the safe side. Two unopened bottles.
As to all the slices for brekkie - after my meeting yesterday, I rewarded myself !!!!! with the cheapest quality chocolate thing I could find in a Tesco Express, 200g of triple chocolate cookies for £1.24. I gradually ate them all last night:o:o
