pickle, I managed to get a dress for her at less than half price in the coast sale at the end of last week. Bargain
Monday morning again - it comes around with such regularity! Sleeping is still a bit hit and miss, but I am getting a little more of it. I still wake up loads, but manage to get back to sleep more than before, which helps.
Off to bank and scratch......have a good one, everyone xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
10ps only on the scratches.....I must be due for a biggie soon - at least 50p I reckon lol!
Pay has also gone into the bank - not due until tomorrow, so that was a pleasant surprise. I will therefore refine my monthly budgets properly in the course of the day, and I can work out exactly what I have to play with.
It also means that I can start booking travelodge rooms for the summer while they are cheap
Nothing else to report......I have "borrowed" money from various pots for the matched betting marathon that I have had over the last few days......they are all in the process of withdrawal back to the bank, but at the moment all the pots are empty and looking very sorry for themselvesSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Good morning Hypno,
Well one 20p otherwise 10p's on the scratchies, seems ages since there was anything bigger. It does at least reaffirm that "gambling doesn't pay", so that is one good thing about it
Slight wine blip yesterday on the diet front, so going to be good again today hopefully and plan have a go at an exercise DVD as well as the yoga & some stomach exercises. Had hoped to start swimming, but tried swimsuit on and it's now too big!!! So another thing for the shopping list when I get back.
Hope your matched betting money comes through quickly. Also that you manage to get the Travelodges you want for the holiday at nice prices.
Have a good day everyone0 -
Morning, happy new diary. I did have a quick read over the weekend but didn't have the peace and quiet to post
I will be "borrowing" your just for today thoughts. Having just finished stage 1 of a major project I have hit a low and having bad money thoughts etc, so your diary with its opening post was perfect timing.
So just for today I have 2 visits to do, some ironing and hopefully some peaceful thoughts at some point.
Glad you had a "normal" weekend, heres to many more
