Yes much as you deserve it we certainly don't want you to selfdestruct. Early night with a good book is what you need my girl.

When my dad died, honeybear, I used to buy and consume carrier bags full of chocolate and biscuits. I am very aware that what I did today could be the thin end of the "self destruct" wedge, and I am glad that I was able to stop myself from eating it.

    Oh babes, I see & I'm sorry if i was flippant :o

I think you're doing brilliantly. And I know you said at the start of this diary "what choice do I have?" but a lot of people take the choice of giving up & you haven't, which is truly admirable

Hi Tuna, yes please join in!! I have booked the time off work for our holiday, so I really can start planning it. I was going to start looking properly at places to stay this evening, but my head is too fuzzy so I will do so later in the week. It would be nice to be somewhere with a spa but I fear that the school summer holidays will probably make it too expensive this time.

However, as we will have annual passes, we might be able to do something else outside season later in the year for minimal cost!

Ooh, thats a good idea, Hypno - those annual passes are going to come in handy, aren't they. Tuna, a spa sounds lovely to me too.

I love people watching, so we can go and watch the "fur coat and no knickers" brigade as they buy their vulgar overpriced tat :D
