Thank you for the offer, verbatim, but I have today managed to get 3 x return funfares with national express :D Total cost = £30 which is cheaper than the petrol that I would use in the car. We will arrive at lunchtime, then we will hop on the circle line, go to South Ken, have picnic in the park go to the science museum for a couple of hours and harrods (open til 8pm.....food hall open til 9) before getting the 9.30 bus home.....sleeping on the way :o

    A bargain day out methinks!!

Much more relaxing and very good price!

Hypno, I am so glad I caught this on 'only' page 6 so I can finally keep up!

I love your first post and 'Just for Today' is my new Mantra. I love it, absolutely LOVE IT, thank you-I must admit, my eyes leaked just a wee bit but then 'Just for today' I am a total weepy doofus.

If you are up for it, let me know when you are doing Warwick/Alton-we love both places and would love to meet up, if only to share a bit of cotton candy and then toodle off in our merry ways.

pickle, I managed to get a dress for her at less than half price in the coast sale at the end of last week. Bargain :)

Monday morning again - it comes around with such regularity! Sleeping is still a bit hit and miss, but I am getting a little more of it. I still wake up loads, but manage to get back to sleep more than before, which helps.

Off to bank and scratch......have a good one, everyone x

Oops, must have missed that. :o Methinks Pickle was a tired little condiment when reading your diary that day.

Hurrah!! Will let you know when we have finalised our dates.....will be in the last week of July but exact days not yet decided. I will pm you, though, when I am organised :)

    Hi Shaun.....

One kit kat down - 8 still in the packet. Reckon if I have a plate of broccoli for dinner, I can manage a couple more kitkats in the course of the day :p

I thought it was only me who was weird enough to have just a plate full of brocolli or cauliflower!!

I had a plate of cauliflower for lunch yesterday, it was nearly broccoli today, but then got a whoopsie lettuce from the supermarket, so it was a one egg cheese omelette instead with salad, lettuce is a real treat here, they're ridiculously expensive.

Feeling virtuous so far today, done yoga, stomach exercises and 3 x 10 mins latin dance aerobics, also stuck to diet so far :)

Have you come accross the 10 minute solution dvd's, I find them really good, there's 5 10 minute exercises on each DVD, so you can do them all or pick and chose exercise sessions depending on how much time you've got, there's lots of different one's on different type's of exercise. I did all of the Target Toning one yesterday, wanted something more aerobic today so did the Latin Dance, some are better than others, but the reviews on Amazon helped me pick ones.

Are you back into the yoga again, or is there too much on at the moment.

My name is Bunny and 'Just for today' I am enjoying a wee bit of chocolate, 2 jaffa cakes so far (almosr virtuous they are!) and a KitKat Bunny thingy for laters with the kids after tea.

    :)
