Yep, I love the dark stuff too. I buy a large bar and have 2 squares a day (90 cals :D).

Then someone at work introduced me to Asda smart price. I turned my nose up at first, but it's not that bad. Well, it's sweet to satisfy the craving, but not moreish enough for you to finish the whole bar. Chocolate heaven for 27 (pence!)

see, I just can't do the "2 squares satisfies your craving" stuff......well, unless each square weighs about 100g :o

  • Dear Hypno, what a day you've had.

Can I make a suggestion? The next time the children are out of the house, perhaps on an overnight stay with their dad, can you take a cricket bat or baseball bat and absolutely beat the 5h1t out of an armchair until you're all sobbed out. You can get an armchair from freecycle quite frequently :D I know that sounds really bizarre and funny really - but it would be so therapeutic, would release tension so that your feelings don't come out sideways as you try and control them under difficult circumstances.

Once when very upset I threw the pottery tea pot from one side of the kitchen to the other wall where it splintered into several pieces. It was a brilliant feeling - until I had to clean up the mess as there was still tea in the pot :rotfl:and I hadn't considered the damage caused by embedded shards of clay in the wall plaster :o So, bashing a chair wins over that idea!

Good luck with finding an outlet for all these feelings. Pity you're not staying in London overnight - we could have had an MSE mini meet... maybe next time :)

Does ONE OF THESE count as one square :o (fun website BTW!)

    Good morning all,

No scratchies yet as V and the St Miniver sites are all down for maintenance.

Managed to do the 50 mins exercise DVD, plus yoga, plus stomache exercises, and stuck to diet yesterday, so hopefully the same again today, but got to do a different DVD as it says yesterdays exercises mean the muscles need a days rest between repeats.

Hope your diet is going well ready for your WW weigh in.

Well done on getting the coach tickets so cheaply.

Hope everyone has a good day :)

gallygirl, I luuurrve the marzipan ritter sport......yum yum yum. Two (big) squares of that would do me nicely!

se, aching muscles are good - they mean toned muscles in due course :D

Hiphouse, I have a baseball bat close by...........;)

Hopefully scratches will be up soon - I need my daily fix of 10ps, but while I wait for that, I will do my banking.

    Have a good day x

£7 Amazon money in, and transferred to the savings/debt pot. All matched betting money back where it belongs too - some in the profit pot, most back in the various pots it was borrowed from.....and my float at betfair replenished, ready for the next batch of lovely offers :)

Message on V site has changed to saying they're doing a major site upgrade, so might be a long wait for the scratchies there.

Got the problem of not being in the uk again, so it's limiting the bingo sites that I'm allowed to deposit/withdraw cash from, so realised I can't do any sign up promo's until I'm back. So currently just playing free bingo games to get a decent balance above the withdrawal thresholds for when I'm back, and accumulating some nice amazon voucher codes too.

Well done on the matched betting Hypno. Looking forward to trying that again when we're settled somewhere with decent internet. For the profit compared to time spent, it works out far better than the things I'm doing now. But you do what you can where you can :)
