    Hmmmmm, sorry to nag, but I agree with others who advise a trip to A&E and painkillers masking a real injury - you really should get it looked at :naughty:

    The reason I was on about DR or A+E is that you may have chipped a bone in your neck and even driving over potholes can cause serious damage...please also watch for any numbness in either arm..

    It is down the side of my neck and shoulder - it def feels muscular.

    The injury from the car accident was at the top of my spine - that was more problematic and needed lots of physio. I think this one, and my hand just need to settle down and rest a bit.
