Well, I felt so rough that I went to bed at 8.....just couldn't stay up any longer. I have cancelled my work for this evening, but will go into the office today and just see how I get on.

Just a few more days to get through until payday on Friday....hurrah! Off to bank and scratch now - hope you all have a volcanic-ash-free day!

Hope your neck eases off a little Hypno but do take care - I know you can lose your bonus if you are off sick but your health is more important.

Blimey, I never realised there were so many clicks either!.....may look into that one more closely later on!

I'm dosed up with painkillers so will see how the day progresses. It is a little less stiff than it was yesterday so hopefully it will ease, although I recall that yesterday morning it wasn't too bad and just got worse as the day goes on. I have cancelled my download work this evening, so I don't have to drive there etc.

Oh well....:o

£4.77 matched bet profit hit my bank today which has been duly transferred, and I reached payout on a scratchie, so have requested £10 from there. Also requested the profit from the weekends matched bets which is about £14 so that should be with me by the end of the week....all adding up nicely to replenish the pot after my recent spends!

Has anyone heard from Hypno? I know I'm not the only person seriously concerned about her current neck pain.

I'm here.....just a busy day at work and only just got home.

As long as I take the pills, I am managing ok - but won't be running or skiing this week. I will be taking things carefully with my neck but will def go and get it looked at if it doesn't improve within the next few days.

I was taken out to lunch today - very yummy.....:D Nothing else to report today though - sorry!!

I have a saying I hold true based on experience "Health above all" so I guess it's not surprising that I get concerned that someone might have to learn the lesson the hard way just as I did :rotfl:
