Hypno have you clicked on the latest mse news bit about switching to daily interest calculations? "Anyone with a home loan from Halifax, Lloyds TSB or Cheltenham & Gloucester (C&G) can make the switch to daily interest for free by calling the lender. You'll also keep the same rate." It says on average people can save £170 a year.0

My current mortgage is calculated at a daily rate already. But well worth people having a look at theirs because £170 a year for the sake of a phone call has got to be worth doing!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Oh I wasn't thinking of anything like "proper" gardening - just raking up the leaves that should have been gathered up in about November, and sweeping the pathsSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. I did see that, se.....unfortunately I don't have the £79 in my budget to pay for it, and I don't want to dip into the debt/savings pot for clothes unless they are absolutely necessary (such as school uniform)
I am *trying* to be good :rotfl:
Well, I have had a quick tidy and clean of the kitchen - still need to wash the floor but will do that later. Have a load of washing in, and the dishwasher on. Will have a quick tidy of the conservatory and I think I will do my paperwork in there todaySuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. When you've got more in your clothing pot again, maybe try the clearance outlet shops Hypno when you're near with taking the kids to the dry ski slopes. There's probably going to be odd ones in them.0

Don't blame you relaxing after all the work you did last weekend. I am just about to do the ironing, yuck!!! I am forcing myself to go on the understanding that when I finish I can have a cup of coffee, not on my usual of I'll just have another coffee and then do it. Which of course leads to another hour of procrastination and the oh dear it's to late to start now, lol! I know I'll feel better when it's done. I will. I really will, lol!0

OH has said he'll help with the ironing :j
Just got two christmas presents, well 2 of the same thing, I think it was on the grabbit board the Cole salt & pepper sets in Debenhams sale, works out at £8.10 per set after using codes for 10% off and free delivery, also went throught quidco for hopefully an extra 5%, and used a cashback credit card too. So will be nice stocking fillers, and I love all the multi-dipping too
Nearly added lots of briefs to the basket, then realised I needed to see them first, so didn't, but have revised my capsule wardrobe shopping list after browsing. Normally buy lots of black & white, but realised the natural ones will be better as they will go under anything, so going to buy more of those, and less of the black & white.0
