I try and eat something every 3 hours, which fits in really well with a "normal" day. Doesn't seem to work so well when I am at home though.

    Off to google adrenal burnout!

define "normal", that's the first task!:rotfl:

Re Naval gazing.....well, my husband has yet to tell me why he left, so I am still trying to come up with the answers. However much I want to say "forget it and move on", it isn't that simple. And of course a lot of things then overlap.....eating, and control, and self esteem, being just a few.

    :(

(((hugs))) I'm sure there will be a point in time when you can find out. Until then, just keep doing what you are doing. You're getting stronger every day and one day you will look back and see just how far you've come. Be proud of yourself :) x

YOU ARE ACE ...AND SORRY IF THAT SOUNDED CHEEKY, just meant that lots of thinking and not a lot of action is not always all that helpful and you (well it seems to me) are best at acting. We all wallow at times...even me. Sorry Hypno I'm just a real 'Right I've had a cry/moan now time to get a shifty on and look after numero uno!' Not trying to oversimplify things lady and I am WELL aware that I am not like most women and am a very bolshy single lady, but a nice one I hope and I like to see people as happy as I generally am. ....skulks back off to SAID board with tail between legs...

    Hi Hypno and all.
Just found this diary and haven't had time to read it all, yet.
I relate to your opening post, having just split up with my bf,and struggling with the moving forward part though it was my decision. But your post was very inspirational, you always manage to put things so eloquently. Not knowing things is the worst part, and someone not talking to you is difficult to take when you need to understand why. You're an incredible lady. All the best for your journey.

    Oh, don't skulk away souk!

I am trying to do more "action" but after being in a relationship for 25 years and not fully understanding why it came to an end, sometimes I do think I need to do more than gloss over it :o

    Thank you.

Maybe I am not supposed to know. Maybe he doesn't know himself what the answers are, so can't tell me. Maybe I don't want to know. But then maybe I need to know so I can address anything that I can/need to change about myself.

Where's that bloody shrugging shoulders smiley when you need it!!

Well, the children are with their dad tonight, so I can have the house to myself. That'll do for starters :)

Yes, that all makes sense to me. We need to carry on even though we won't get the answers we think we need/want, sometimes it's just hard.

I'm so glad summer's on it's way though. Love the sunny days and being outside.
