The postman delivers junk mail

If it's unaddressed I gift it to my loud annoying neighbour.0

He thinks he's done his job by delivering to the right block of flats. We've no chance of him/her reading a d2d opt-out list0

I know a guy who saves his junk mail then after a few days he goes through it, he makes sure his name and address isn't in any of it then he posts it on, he puts one lot of junk mail in another prepaid envelope to another junk mail company and visa versa.
So the company sending the junk mail gets junk mail from another company, he keeps the postman in a job and he gets a kick out of it.
The thing that gets me is, I get junk mail from banks, Gas companies, Electric companies etc, who is paying for that? We are.
Then when and if you are in dispute with any of them they charge you £10 upwards administration fee to send you a letter.0
