anyway, I have a 4th account, but as yet they havent replied to my request sent on 19th March, we have had easter and the others only arrived on friday - saturday, so I think I should wait rather than send the non reply letter just yet?
finally on the letter you gave, where you say sign digitally, is it ok just to type my name, or do you mean somehow to scan in a signature (sorry if this is a daft question)
thanks
Ok, you do not send any letters yet, just sit tight until the 4th arrives. It will have the same outcome, MBNA are one of the worst.
Regards to siggy, just change the text sign digitally to your name so your name replaces that text - any fancy font-type will do. You don't sign things cos they will cut/paste it onto agreeements lol - yea, they do do such things
Obviously, you need to stop payments as well. Effective immediately on these two accounts, but if you're dropping the DMP anyway, its no big deal.2010 - year of the troll

Just type in your name on the computer.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

thanks guys, I will phone CCCS tomorrow and ask for my dmp funds back, and no creditors to be paid, and then make the payments direct this month for those that need paying (including the initial MBNA one which was taken out may 07)
at the end of the day, even if they start to add interest on to the account which is enforceable by way of punishment - I will be able to effectively increase my monthly payments by circa 600% on this one, so will clear it in about 6 month's....
will send letters recorded delivery tomorrow AND hopefully update with the 4th agreement
thank you both and goodnight0 -
Don't rush, dont change anything in your DMP yet. Get the information and facts straight with the 4 creditors before making your decision. You don't want to have creditors floating in the air and the DMP ended.

He already said he had to drop out of DMP, so easy to change to PayPlan after all this is sorted, but I agree - not to rush!2010 - year of the troll

Hi, its just that I know that after about the 14th of the month, cccs start paying the creditors and i thought I would try to avoid wasting a months payments on these agreements
on the 2 agreements, they will pay about £195 and on the 4th one which we dont have yet perhaps another £75, so just thought better to get the money in my hands, rather than the creditors
of my 9 debts, 1 is about to be paid (awaiting confirmation in writing re full n final, 2 are outside of DMP...so of the 7 left, 1 is for less than £500 and could be paid tomorrow, and 2 perhaps 3 will need to come out becuse of uneforceability, so I think i will definitely leave cccs and deal direct - relying on payplan as a back up if needs be
BUT I will take your counsel (you are real experts) and see what the postman brings!
thanks again0 -
