I am at a loss to understand this neutral feedback

At least they bothered to leave you feedback, I sold two games about a month ago and neither buyer has given me feedback! I was waiting for them to do so, as I wait to see what they say but gave up and left them some, still nothing!
Don't know what to do other than just think them quite rude.0 -

If you start telling people how to leave FB it wont be neutrals it will be negs and one star for everything
OP it could be your recycled packaging. Depending on the quality that can put some buyers off0 -
I dont leave feedback anymore, nor do I excpect it from anyone else.
I had a buyer complain, I refunded them instantly, well, as soon as I read the message and let them keep the item - I still got a neg.0 -

So how does ebay work? Someone gives you bad service you shouldn't neg them?
Oh course, I didn't say that at all. The person was leaving neutral if the seller was okay, as in good, but not amazing. That's wrong. If you get your item as described, in a reasonable amount of time - that shouldn't be a neutral, should it?"There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, and no tonic so powerful as expectation of something better tomorrow." - Orison Swett Marden0 -
Perhaps she was miffed because she'd used the brush to apply her make up- and it didn't make her look like Cameron Diaz.Only dead fish go with the flow...0

It's a matter of opinion I guess.
The posters colleague obviously feels that a neutral is good for when transactions are just ok, neither exceptionally good or bad. That's their choice.
Your choice would be to leave a pos, maybe someone else would leave a neg.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

Why do people get seller and buyer mixed up all the time? its really annoying. OP sold the item, person who left feedback is buyer!!
Anyways, i dont know if this has been said but maybe she didnt like it and thats why it was ok?[STRIKE]0.5 st[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]1st[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]1.5st [/STRIKE] [STRIKE]2st[/STRIKE] 2.5st 3st 3.5st 4st 4.5st 5st :j0
