At least they bothered to leave you feedback, I sold two games about a month ago and neither buyer has given me feedback! I was waiting for them to do so, as I wait to see what they say but gave up and left them some, still nothing!

Don't know what to do other than just think them quite rude.

Maybe someone could write a succint explanation of feedback and stars/DSR's which all sellers could include in their listings.

If you start telling people how to leave FB it wont be neutrals it will be negs and one star for everything

OP it could be your recycled packaging. Depending on the quality that can put some buyers off

I dont leave feedback anymore, nor do I excpect it from anyone else.

I had a buyer complain, I refunded them instantly, well, as soon as I read the message and let them keep the item - I still got a neg.

I'd prefer people to use recylced packaging :D

What a pr*t. That isn't how eBay works, negatives are bad.

So how does ebay work? Someone gives you bad service you shouldn't neg them?

Oh course, I didn't say that at all. The person was leaving neutral if the seller was okay, as in good, but not amazing. That's wrong. If you get your item as described, in a reasonable amount of time - that shouldn't be a neutral, should it?

Perhaps she was miffed because she'd used the brush to apply her make up- and it didn't make her look like Cameron Diaz.

    It's a matter of opinion I guess.

The posters colleague obviously feels that a neutral is good for when transactions are just ok, neither exceptionally good or bad. That's their choice.
Your choice would be to leave a pos, maybe someone else would leave a neg.

Was it a new seller? Maybe they are unfamiliar with ebay's feedback system? Have you checked their feedback left for others?

Why do people get seller and buyer mixed up all the time? its really annoying. OP sold the item, person who left feedback is buyer!!

Anyways, i dont know if this has been said but maybe she didnt like it and thats why it was ok?
