Perhaps the "Start Here" box from the "Start Here" button down to the "Welcome, username" needs to be relocated (so the "Start Here" and the "Money Saving Articles").
Thats on the list
Next is the general forum look

The "help" in ABUSE HELP: may lead people to think that they should expect a reply when reporting things to the abuse@ address. And that it is for asking questions of the FT.
Whereas presumably now queries on things like deleted posts and actions taken by the forum team should be directed to the forumhelp@ address where they will be addressed and replied to if resources allow?
I'm presuming that the intention is to separate out the actual abuse reporting process from the queries/answers that would previously have gone to the same address?
If so, I think it needs to be clearer that it's just abuse reports that go to the abuse@ address, and a reply it not normally to be expected.
Referring to ABUSE HELP : muddles the two.
Thanks for that - its an important point - i will mull
Actually forumhelp will go to the abuse team - we just changed the email address as we thought calling it abuse puts people off emailing about matters that aren't abuse. So both emails go to the same place but we thought it friendlier.Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

In that case, not quite as critical then. The same team will get to deal whatever. Though presumably appropriate emails to the abuse@ address will get dealt with first.
Thanks.
I certainly take the point about it being clearer and less likely to put people off. I've certainly had quite a few people be surprised when they have been advised to email the abuse@ address over issues that clearly aren't "abuse" in the normally understood way.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I noticed that too.
Otherwise, it's great. Much clearer and easy to see where you'll find the information you're looking for.0 -
I agree about the two Morphs fighting .... doesn't give a good image I don't think.
Plus, I would be inclined NOT to advertise the fact that the site isn't moderated ... it's more or less saying, "hey, come post what you will ... until you get reported you can say whatever you want because nobody's going to swoop on you and pull you up for it" ....
I wouldn't bother saying anything about not being moderated ... people will assume the site is and that's a good thing if it deters people from acting the goat.
I like the fact that everything is spaced out nicely on it though (with so much info to give there is always a danger of things looking higgledy piggledy or having to make the text that small to fit it all in!) ... and you do need little pictures for folks whose eyesight may not be 100% ... it's good to see where you need to click from the little diagram!!0
