I recently made something that i shall repeat which may suit you.
I soaked some cous cous in water with cumin and chilli powder and then mixed it with a tin of rattatouille.
It was great and far more filling than i would ever have imagined and tasty too. I ate it cold but it would be good hot too if you have access to a microwave.
Cost about 70p and healthy too.

Just a quick start, why not investin one of those small one person lunch type cool bags, then a cereal and chilled milk container from Morrisons.
My diet breakfast is usually fruit chopped up with natural yoghurt and a weetabix plus sweetener.
lunches - salads, crispbreads, cous cous, houmus, dips yoghurts, left over plain pasta with salad dressing
others will be along with better options I am sure.

daughter likes pasta salad - cooked pasta, mayo, red onion & red pepper. She also likes cous cous - much the same veg as before but with added cucumber, for some reason. And sometimes a cold frittata/spanish omelette and crusty roll.0
