I find I have to scroll across the bottom of the screen to access the forum jump button. Is it possible to re-size the visible area for ourselves, or are we stuck with the default width?

Can ANYONE let us know if its a problem that some of us have with our settings, or is everyone suffering the same problem ?Bad Spellers of the world untie0 -
I'm with you on this, I'm having the same problem too, and is a pain, especially after the page jumps and you have to adjust it again.:(0

Hi folks,
The page looks fine on my screen so I'm assuming that you guys have your screen resolutions set fairly low. Are any of you viewing your screens at 800x600 resolution or lower? You can check by right-clicking on the desktop and clicking on "Properties" and then the "Settings" tab.
The code on the chat forum is "stretchy" so that it shrinks and expands depending on the size of the browser window you have open but it has a minimum size limitation and this what is causing the scroll bars to appear at the bottom of the page.
Have you tried maximising the window so it fits the whole screen? Can you try upping your resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels? At this resolution in a window stretched to full-screen, the Forums should appear complete.

i have got it on 1024x768 and it appears fine all fits to the screen perfectly0

Also if I can ask, it makes the text very small to read and I have tried to alter this, re font size and in view re text size and nothing happens
.
Its very hard to read on 1024 x 768. Any help appreciated.:)0 -
I have got 1024 x 768 but I am having to do the scrolling around. Not to worry, I've got used to it now

Could you move the forum jump line up to just under the reply box, as that would save (this is going to sound really stoopid
) a couple of inches scrolling down past the "you may do this/that etc" block?
Also (I expect this has been covered elsewhere?) do we need a reply box on every page of a thread? You'd get more posts on each page if you just had it at the end.
Can I just say that I do like the smileys showing in their finished version, i.e. not just codes, as it cuts out the need to preview posts - I guess with the time saved, I can afford the extra scrolling around.
