timberflake - on the subject of the bills, I can sympathise. I've been in my current property since June 2006, and in all that time I have never received a statement from ST automatically. I always end up ringing them up. They always say a statement has been sent, but nothing ever arrives. I ask for a copy and that comes through fine.

All other correspondence from them turns up no problem as well (just had my direct debit statement for the next 12 months) and I always get all their marketing stuff - it's just the 6 monthly statements that never arrive without me requesting them.
