Perhaps the people who don't object to kids playing games and running around in between their cars (in a 'car' park) would be good enough to park their cars collectively in a rectangle and allow the kids to use the centre of the rectangle as a football pitch? They're only cars.. after all0

I once had this problem close where I used to live. I merely hinted one day to one of the parents that someone might make an anonymous phone call to social services. All the problems stopped.0
