Hugs Luc, I'm so sorry to hear that.
Pooky, that's awful about your friend's nephew, why does fate hand some people all the rough deals.
Snaggles, that's why I always leave my dye to grow out before doing it again, I'm worried I'll get just doing the roots wrong!
I really have to do my essay today, it's due in at 12 tomorrow, we're supposed to send hard copies in but stuff that, I'm sure I can scan and copy and paste a diagram into the text, and I'm not feeling up to standing in queue at the post office.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Bunny, In the summer I will resume offering makeovers to cancer patients. It fills me with such joy, as it is a real life line to some women they feel 'normal' again. I've been constantly ill my whole life and the support I get from the NHS and volunteers is so unreal sometimes I just want to cry i'm so happy people want to help!0

Well that's my JSA diary up to date (is it me or is it the most pointless exercise ever?)
Have decided to widen job search to include Edinburgh despite 2 hour commute each way, possible childcare issues etc. I need to work before I lose the plot completely.

Goodness Pooky, how awful
.
SRM, that does sound good, I only have a couple of good friends that live nearby, so I do envy that kind of support network.
Luc - my Nike thingy is always a bit optimistic too.
My first ever 10k run was actually only 9.2k...I felt most cheated! But if it is telling you nice things, then I think you should believe it! :rotfl:

Nice, bit far out of the way for me though. I'm having a look on there now.

I used to have that kind of support around me as a kid where I grew up but then we moved to the suburbs of Toronto. I still miss it today.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0
