Luc I know you must be taking it very hard, and it's understandable, but you will get through this - you will find something, and you, hubbles and bean (and maybe bean2 before long ;)) will be in a better position financially. Look at Bookie, who thought there was absolutely no hope, and going under was inevitable, and yet we hardly see her these days because she's doing brilliantly and things are slowly starting to come together for her. Never give up hope. :grouphug: And don't forget we are here whenever you need to get things off your chest.

Just to make it clear - it is NOT moaning. xxx

You're right Snaggs. Feels like I've been punched in the gut.

    But it could be worse.

Maybe I should put that in my sig....

Hopefully our group hugs just might make you feel a little bit better....... :(

I have just stubbed my toe, does that qualify for a group hug?

    Probably not.:(

    Luc,
I really wish I could come over right now and give you a massive hug, pass you tissues and make you endless cups of tea.

I know it feels like they 'dont want you' but they haven't MET you, only a few bits written on pieces of paper-nothing can convey YOU unless they meet you and sadly, they had (for the minute) passed up an amazing opportunity to do so.

I know now probably isnt the time to give suggestions-but maybe you sould try doing self employed like Sammy suggested? It cant be any worse than not working...and at least you would be getting back into the 'swing' of things?

Feel free to tell me to naff off...

It could be worse yes - it's not a whole lot of consolation when you feel like you just want to hide under the duvet and cry all day though.

We wont let you give in though, you do realise that, don't you. :)

Have a good cry, then go and wash your face, put some mascara and lipgloss on (it makes you less likely to cry again if you know you will end up looking like something from Kung Fu Panda :rotfl:) then make a cup of coffee or tea and relax for a few minutes, take some deep breaths and think nice thoughts (about Sunday night ;)).

You're having a bad day, and you are going through a really difficult patch in your life, but it is only a difficult patch, and you know from previous even worse patches that it will get better, and you will be happy again.

:grouphug: I'm going to have to stop giving you dodgy hugs now or people will start to talk!

Can you get out for a little run today at all? Only a little one though, it's just to lift your spirits and bring some of your energy back. If not, find a cupboard or a hotspot to tidy. Anything that will make you feel like you have achieved something and wrenched back control of the day from the bad day gremlins.

i cant believe how much rent is in London as thats more than my mortgage
    Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)
