I'm getting lots of emails from estate agents now, things are looking promising! Apart from one woman who seems snooty in her emails, is that possible? haha. She's just asking lots of personal questions unlike the others!

Ha Ha,just had British Gas ring to make an appt to come and read our gas meter....I told them there must be a mistake as we don't have any gas (we are on Calor, there's no gas in the whole village) but he insisted he had the right details,I told him again we had no gas,he insisted he come and read it..OK,I give in,come and read the meter.....he happily hung up....will he be quite so happy next week when he comes and discovers WE DON'T HAVE A GAS METER!!BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE GAS !!

Shall I let him in,but not tell him where the meter is? Just let him hunt around till he gives up and asks me where it is..then I'll take great delight in saying we don't have one and watching his exasperation??"Well,I tried to tell you,but you insisted I was wrong !"

Reminds me of the time during a power cut when EDF spent 2 hours burrowing in the undergrowth in the garden looking for an electricity substation that (I told them) they had removed 8 years earlier...they didn't believe me as it was still marked as being there on their maps,so it must be here somewhere........oh, it isn't..

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

    Afternoon all.

I'm home briefly for about 45 mins then I'm off out to a meeting tonight. Early start at work tomorrow and away overnight, with a long day tomorrow and a long drive home. Roll on Friday :)

    Hope you all are OK.

I picked up a tasty bit of cake on my way home so am going to sit here and read DFW info and eat cake, nom, nom :)

To go with what I take already, I have another anti-depressant, as my depression and anxiety are getting worse. I had to take a diazepam to stop a panic attack, and hid in the loos.

oh i can make them look swizzy as well, the only problem with that is you tend to lose all meaning to the data,

and when it comes to analysis of patient surveys i want to try and keep the general concensus of the data noticable - however herein lies the problem,

since every patient has different experience and a different expectations the nature of the data is swayed against these expectations meaning that the nice pretty graph that managers would like with a positive trend clearly visable is not always possible

even if you know a person giving a bad experience had expectations in the region of having there own personnal servent - these opinions have to be shown and taken into account
