Crikey, by now I've updated my DFW diary, read some online Guardian, completed my yoga DVD and am about to jump in the shower and have some breakfast!
Spoon, I think I might be possessed by some kind of demon! I even updated my spending diary yesterday!

Washer - look forward to the pics of kitties - hope these buddles of fun bring a bit of brightness to your household at the moment with your other problems
Nicca - you really need some sleep girl !!!!!
I had to go to bed at midnight last night which is early for me at the minute as I could not get a connection - well all the lights were on but BT had a problem it seems so I could not actually pull up web-pages  I thought changing my laptop would be the end of problems

Good Morning All (I've checked with my stomach its definitely still morning)
Hope everyone is well and those of us back at work managed to make it in on time (unlike me).
Horace - glad you are feeling better. Washer, sounds like a plan with the kits and the cats, once a tom has found one of your females I guess it could be fairly likely he has 'seen' to them both though.
3dogs - well done on the weight loss, now get ebaying - we want you to report back with how many items you have managed to get listed later.
Nicca - you sound way to energetic - hope you don't have an energy slump this afternoon.
Hi to Numpty, Spoon, Nargle, Carol and Sallymander and to all the lurkers as well. - I've forgotten someone I think
The decorating did not get finished yesterday - spent ages painting awkward bits round the windows and kitchen cupboards and then my legs got cramp so I gave in (I do sometimes get cramp after a night out drinking). So now it will be all upside down until next weekend and means I probably end up eating junk all week.
Have a good day allA smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hi all, just a quick BUMP
Washer I recently lost one of my cats (no idea whether he's rehomed himself or something more sinister happened) and Im only down to one now, so im very jealous of your new kittens.
Nicca I was up at that time too, my OH came home from work, was all noisey and amorous, and then fell asleep leaving me wide awake, *shakes head and mutters 'men' under her breath* wish id come on here to say hello
Have a good day everyone

I went on to clean the kitchen, batroom and livingroom! I decided a quick tidy of the bedroom was quite enough! Had lunch and going to enjoy an hours peace then need to go and collect pregnant friend and take her to a hen party (which I may well be gatecrashing as chaperone!) and home again. She stays about 40 miles away and the weather is awful.
Let's hope I continue to feel wide awake!
Surely this should sort out my silly o'clock disease? Though it's obviously very catching as we all seem to have it!
Sally - if some-one else woke me up at that time in the morning, their life would not be worth living :rotfl:
Tixy - did you accidently on purpose forget Niddy?Poor soul will be getting a complex the amount of times we pretend to have forgetten him :rotfl:
Washer - how are the kitty's?
Numpty - I'll let you know if my cure for silly o'clock disease works!
Spoon - where are you? You'll never believe everything I've done today
Horace - how are you feeling today?
Nargle - I need the perfect recipe so the cake is just ready as the cleaning finishes! All ideas [STRIKE]greedily [/STRIKE] gratefully received
And to any-one else lurking, hello and welcome. We're here to help (though I may be slightly delirious today so perhaps heed advice from others and ignore me for the moment).

Hehe - thanks niccatw - I did wonder if it was deliberate - maybe I need to make some noise to remind everyone that I do still trollzap (pow pow) every now and again (i'm like the night watchman);)
Have a nice day everyone, i'm chilling out on the sofa with the odd visit to the garage :whistle:2010 - year of the troll

Hi guys, and welcome to MSE, we're here to help! See below to learn about those horrible people that sometimes pop up, we refer to them as trolls and we're here to help you if you come across one.Originally Posted by solventsoon

What is a Troll? A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made.
If you should get a comment made on any thread you post asking for help and advice please realise this comment is not directed at you personally.
We really are all a lovely bunch here (oops, modest, sorry) so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal.
what should i do if i get a comment made on my thread?
firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.
The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!
It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis
PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.
Kind wishes
