Good evening all and welcome to the asylum, Tony - the purpose of this thread is to keep the anti-troll message in permanent pole position on the first page, as some new people might get a nasty comment on their thread which they find upsetting. Most people on here are very sympathetic and indeed know exactly what it is like to be in debt and worried sick about it, but sometimes, as on any social networking site, you get the odd cretin who likes to take the mick out of people. And of course, if someone is in the doldrums with their financial worries, the last thing they need is a prat playing silly beggars. That is where this thread comes in, to welcome and reassure any newcomers that they are not alone and although we might seem totally barking on here, judging by some of the drivel we post, we are good souls at heart. Any trolls or spammers who dare show themselves are duly reported and dispatched. End of today's lesson, now - Nic, any cake recipe will hit the spot after cleaning duties! A basic Victoria sandwich recipe (4 oz each flour, sugar, butter and 2 eggs) can be turned into little cakes, a loaf cake, a sandwich cake, or, if you double the quantities, a humongous great lump of scoff that will go straight down after a hard day's graft. And there is no end to what you can add to change it - chocolate, coffee, lemon, coconut, cherries, dried fruit etc etc.
Horace - been to the doctor yet? (Nag nag nag)One life - your life - live it!0 -
Oh, and Washer - your cat looks well into smug git mode with her kittens! She has that "didn't I do well?" look about her.One life - your life - live it!0
