what should i do if i get a comment made on my thread?

firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.

The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!

It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.

Aren't Mom's brilliant! Magically more paint appeared on my walls yesterday whilst I was at work
However to compensate for brilliant Moms I find both bosses and clients can be very annoying :mad:

Niddy, sounds like the same bank holiday person I was battling. Same Nike link, different user name, millions of posts in a row late at night, taking over first page.

Tixy, yay to painted walls. Less so to work!

Well I'm hoping my bodyclock has been somewhat sorted out by my crazy last few days! Ended up with pregnant friend way past her bed time last night because bride-to-be changed the bridesmaid dresses at the last minute, again, yesterday (the wedding is on Saturday). And pregnant friend, who is due in 4 weeks and supposedly bridesmaid too, ended up on the phone to the 24 hour assistance people at some maternity dress site, trying to find a dress in stock that kinda matched with the new dresses, that could be delivered before Friday!

:eek::eek::eek: Needless to say, her and hubbie were stressed and more than a little p*ssed off! I think that's her now ordered her 5th bridesmaid dress! Though this one is now one she wants and won't match, but, funnily enough, she doesn't care any more!

Ahhh, no - its nothing to do with that, more being a super sleuth :cool::cool:

Seriously, it is a manual task of right clicking quote and then copying the bits I need then adding it to a new post, then repeat the same task several times. Multi quote only allows one quote from the same person, in the same quoted message (I think).....

I'm back in Glasgow in 2 weeks - yey, can't wait!
