Afternoon all, not long until hometime.
I have finally remembered to opt out of my egg card interest rate increase today (just 2 days before the deadline -rolleyes)

I have also spent lots of time on here, and lots of time on the phone, between all that I actually managed to get (a little) work done - oops :o

Quick question - I think there is a poster around using several AEs, to the techy minded amongst us is there any way of working out if it is?

They do that to me - when I go one of my legs always starts shorter - but I leave with them both the same length!

    Afternoon all
Washer - really glad your dad has an appointment so soon, keeping my fingers crossed for you all. Hope you enjoy the rest of your lazy day:)
Horace was due to go to the eye hospital today, from what I remember, and said she was going to get her xray done today as well - maybe that's why we haven't heard from her?
Tixy - your mum is a marvel:). Hope lots more paint applied when you get home. I note you've been making up for your mum's sterling work by prevaricating today :rotfl:
Numpty - glad you're enjoying your hols and that your shoulder is much better:)
nicca - to bridezilla - your poor friend.....
henrysprings - hi  and welcome, hope you're OK?
niddy - behaving yourself today, I see, and well done on the trollzapping this morning - I did try to join in but my bl00dy computer ate my post:mad::mad::mad:
    carol - great bumping skills!:)

Hi to 3Dogs, Nargle and anyone else I've forgotten - apologies if I have forgotten anyone, had one of those days :eek::eek::eek:

It's been busy! I am being subjected to football on telly tonight. I've already misjudged the timings on the underground today and had to be squashed in like a sardine with big, bulking footie supporters :(.

By the way, have you all seen MSE Guy's thread on them cancelling financial education in schools? Martin was asking on his facebook (yes, I am that sad :o) that we comment as he happens to know it's being monitored...

Evening all, have a houseful of visitors so am recovering from home-cooked Indian banquet (chicken korma, vegetable masala, rice, onion bhajees, naans followed by almond kulfi and pineapple, quite yumacious, even if I do say so myself.) French cuisine night tomorrow night - I love having visitors, gives me chance to play cordon bleu silly beggars.

Nic - agree with washer about wedding nonsense, all that palaver for just one day, what about the next 40 or 50 years?

Numpty - don't need to see a chiropracter to get your leg pulled, we'll do it for free!

Niddy - bravo mon ami for zapping that spamming little troll!

Horace - did you get that xray done? (Nag nag nag, it's because we love you really and want you to look after yourself)

Tixy - do you originate from over the big pond, by chance? I get that impression from your use of the term Mom (as opposed to Mam in my neck of the woods and Mum in the rest of the civilised world, unless you are down in posh Wol country where I suppose it's Mummy?) and your penchant for an American diner theme for your kitchen.

And hello to everyone else, old and new.
