You'll know your way around better than I do soon enough
If it's a home game, give me a wave, I'm off to the left of the stadium if your facing it (just about close enough to walk to, not close enough for a million cars to park in my space on match days, phew!)
Ahh I know where you mean.... so you're near Edmiston Drive or Paisley Road West? Even maybe Broomloan Road....:think:
I know Ibrox (Govan) better than the city lol :rotfl:2010 - year of the troll

Hi All
Nic - the bride (although I'm sure she is normally lovely) seems to be being a complete bridezilla. Your poor pregnant friend - I'm sure she has enough stress and hassle being pregnant, not to mention feeling like she is huge and nothing suits her without bridezilla adding all this stress. I really hope your friend has not paid out for all these dresses herself. If it were me I'd have opted out of being a bridesmaid altogether by now. Mind you I'm fairly anti-weddings in general.
I've just spoke to my Mom - she's at my house again with paintbrush in hand.:jA smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Near Edminston Drive (for my sins)

Complete bridezilla moment! Mind you she also bought a house and moved last weekend so I think bride has just flipped! I eneded up gate-crashing the hen party to chaperone pregnant friend (it was the easiest way) and bride is doing that thing where she talking at every-one but she's not hearing a word that's being said to her!
Pregnant friend has paid for dresses but will be reimbursed and can return most of them. Worst of it was bride had her cousin make 3 matching dresses and decided at the end of last week she didn't like them! It's been chaos, with 1 bridesmaid 8 months pregnant, 1 newly pregnant and one just arrived from the other side of the world!
I'm completely with you on the anti-weddings in general thing! I don't think I could spend the money, even if I ever had wanted to, any more.
Hi to every-one else - it's turned out to be a lovely day here in Glasgow! (Though there is a massive black cloud so I probably shouldn't have jinxed it!)Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55

A mid afternoon post from me, all is quiet is the Washer household today, we are chilling on the sofa with duvets, its pouring outside so ds, dd and I are watching trashy tv.
Mum's are great Tixy, you are very lucky to get your walls painted whilst at work.
Niccatw, the bride sounds a wee bit of a nightmare, I cannot understand for the life of me, the hassles some people create over a wedding, its only a day, the life time commitment of marriage is what matters, I wish some people would put as much effort into their marriage as they do with the wedding.
Have a lovely afternoon.

So true Washer - I used to think I was anti marriage and it took me a while to realise its primarily that I'm anti-wedding. Very jealous of your duvet day, sounds great.
Pouring with rain here so I stayed in the office over lunch - very money-savingA smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Still raining ere, and still under the duvet with my two children, we have eaten far too much rubbish, I think I will make some potato and courgette soup for dinner.
